The Membership Committee actively recruits new members and maintains contact with existing members in order to ensure retention. It also assists Hospitality in arranging membership mixers. Members of the Membership Committee are expected to attend mixers and answer questions from potential members. They will also be responsible for greeting members and guests at luncheons, collecting business cards, making nametags, and giving out membership packets at those events. The hospitality committee also organizes chapter mixers and assists with new member breakfasts.
