Kimberly Miles is the owner and founder of The Payroll Company. Established in 2000, The Payroll Company specializes in providing payroll services to a wide range of clients across the United States. Along with payroll, it also offers a vast selection of supplemental resources including tax, pay-as-you-go human resource services, background checks, pre-hire screening and 401K investment products.

Kimberly's philosophy of exceptional customer service is the foundation that has allowed her company to become the employer of choice in its community and expand the brand nationally.

The Payroll Company was recognized in 2006, by their software provider, with the Gold Level Outstanding Achievement Award.

Kimberly has been featured in a number of periodicals including Entrepreneur Magazine that focused on entrepreneurs who overcame challenges and managed to keep their businesses afloat when the number of failing businesses was on the rise. Kimberly is also on the committee for Center for Independent Living/Youth of Southern Nevada (HELP) and the start up committee for Dress for Success Las Vegas. These organizations focus on helping less fortunate youth and women in the Las Vegas Valley.
