Your Select CPA specializes in financial education.  In partnership with your current staff and /or CPA, we analyze your financials and provide training that helps you make profit improving business decisions based on the numbers.  We have a financial education program for youth to empower them to make the smart decisions now, which will change our economy in the years to come.  Furthermore, we provide virtual controller and bookkeeping services for small businesses.  Our staff’s combined over 40 years of experience will assist you in improving the efficiency of your operations.

Erica is the President and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance functions at Fortune 500 companies.  She has held such positions as Director of Accounting at one of the largest global financial services firms and Assistant Vice President of one of the largest community banks in Chicago, Illinois.  Erica is a Professor of Accounting and Finance at DeVry University.  She is an honor graduate of both DeVry Institute and Keller Graduate School of Management with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Science in Accounting and Financial Management, respectively.  In her spare time she runs a catering business, is an avid motorcyclist and very active in her ministry.
