Becky’s over-20 years of experience in leading teams in multinational and foreign-based corporations, in private equity and entrepreneurial organizations, and in community-based charities, and her doctoral degree in Leadership as a discipline in Organization & Management, gives her a unique perspective on maximizing the results of time and effort through leadership roles.  Her workshop:
1)     delivers summaries of past research and case studies on leadership;
2)     helps participants identify their own leadership style strengths and weaknesses;
3)     considers the practical applications of past studies in creating success in everyday situations;
4)     encourages participants to consider leadership concepts in the context of their own unique lives to achieve optimum results.
