• The Public Policy Forum Chair, Kathleen Paustian, Esq. works with Public Policy Chair and Community Outreach Chair to best meet the objectives, while developing and maintaining alliances with other organizations that have similar public policy goals.

Public Policy Committee

The Public Policy Committee works to educate members about the importance of involvement in the political process; while acting as a liaison between the chapter and local, state, and federal governments. 

They will develop and maintain a contact list for all local, state, and national elected officials, a system for alerting membership about legislative issues and positions available on government, private sector, industry specific and corporate boards and commissions that affect women business owners. In addition to informing members of political events, public policy issues, and NAWBO PAC activities.
