Trish Nash is Corporate Broker and Owner of Signature Gallery of Homes, a certified Women Owned Small Business located in Henderson. Trish has owned her own real estate brokerage since 2004 and has been in the top one percent in real estate sales in Clark County during most of that time. Prior to real estate Trish was in sales with Textron Fastening Systems selling technical fasteners to the automotive industry. Of a sales force of 100 she was the only female sales person.
Trish has been involved in leadership positions in real estate organizations both locally and nationally. Trish served as the local chapter president, state president and governor for the Women’s Council of Realtors. For many years Trish served on the board and the executive board for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Trish instructs real estate classes and is certified to teach Continuing Education classes in Nevada.
Trish has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish from Dominican University in River Forest Illinois. She studied at the University of Madrid and lived in Spain for almost two years.
Trish has been named by the Wall Street Journal as number 6 in the nation for overall real estate sales. The Women’s Council of Realtor’s recently recognized Trish as one of the Top 25 Women in Real Estate. Trish was featured in the book “Remarkable Women in Real Estate – Success Secrets of Real Estate Superstars” published in 2013.
Trish is actively involved in the community and enjoys volunteerism. She was recently appointed to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce as a Board of Director. Trish is on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee with the City of Henderson and is in the Leadership Henderson Class of 2015. Trish is on the Advisory Board of the Veteran’s Treatment Court in Henderson and is also a contributor to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Trish is passionate about being a positive role model for women and thrives to inspire others to dream big and achieve their goals. Trish lives each day by the mantra “Never, Never Give Up” and her hope is that she can make a difference in the lives of others by the choices she makes as a business leader.
Trish and her husband Michael enjoy cycling and take annual European cycling trips. They live in Henderson with their Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier, Kerrigan and their Yorkie-Poo, Brighton.
