Kathy Malone, ACC

Kathy Malone, ACC, is Founder of Front Line Success Systems, LLC, a personal development company committed to helping military people in transition create the next chapter in their lives.

Kathy’s journey into entrepreneurship was a natural one when -- after retiring from a 26 year Navy career -- she found herself panicked because the thought of working for someone else in a JOB.  After much soul searching and devouring piles of self-help books, she reviewed her options and chose start her own business as a professional coach.

Not quite sure what to expect, Kathy took it upon herself to learn what it takes to be successful. She immersed herself in classes, seminars, and home study courses on coaching, marketing, success, and prosperity. She was especially excited about internet marketing because of its dynamic nature, low cost, global reach, and easy accessibility for everyone.  That and she could work from home and not have to commute!

The challenge was how to combine her passion for coaching people in transition with her love of all things World Wide Web.  One solution was to create MilitaryResumeWizard.com, an online resume builder designed specifically for military personnel needing a civilian resume.  The website has been a resounding success, attracting clients from all over the world.

Kathy co-authored a best selling book, “Seizing Your Success” with Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and others.  She wrote a column for a few years titled “Ask the Coach” for Stars & Stripes Publications distributed worldwide, has been quoted multiple times as a military transition expert in Civilian Job News, and interviewed on radio shows such as Job Talk hosted by Richard Bolles, author of “What Color is Your Parachute?”

Born in California, raised in New Mexico, Kathy recently returned to Albuquerque where she married her High School sweetheart.  Her home office located in the Rio Grande Valley looks out on the majestic Sandia Mountains… and she doesn’t commute any more.
